About this notice.

This notice covers our website and the enquiries you make through it, by email or by phone. If your enquiry progresses to an installation, trade account, training enrolment or STC application, additional information and the relevant service provider’s terms may apply.

What you share with us.

Enquiries may include your name, email address, phone number and message. You may also choose to provide your postcode, property or business details, existing equipment, energy use, delivery needs or training interests so we can understand your request.

When available, our website enquiry form sends your name, email, optional phone number and message through Web3Forms for delivery to our team. The form does not accept file uploads. If it is unavailable, please call or email us.

Only share information relevant to your enquiry. Please leave passwords, payment card details and identity documents out of general messages. If you email a bill or other document, remove unrelated personal information where possible.

You can browse without providing your name. You can also ask general questions without identifying yourself, although we may need contact and project details to prepare a quote or provide individual support.

How your information is used.

We use enquiry information to respond, discuss suitable products or services, prepare requested quotations, coordinate the next step and provide support. A trade or training enquiry may also involve confirming business requirements, relevant experience or the assistance you are seeking.

Handling your request may involve relevant team members, email and IT providers and, where needed for the service you request, installers, suppliers, training providers or STC service providers. Information may also need to be disclosed where required by law.

The enquiry form does not subscribe you to a mailing list. Tell us if you would like enquiry follow-up to stop or prefer a particular contact method.

What happens when you browse.

Our product finder calculates its suggestion in your browser. It does not submit your answers as an enquiry. If you follow its contact link, a general description of your interest appears in the page address and prefills the message for you to review.

The website does not include advertising pixels or visitor analytics scripts. Hosting and security services may still process technical information, such as your IP address, browser details, requested pages and request times, to deliver and protect the site. Security services may use essential cookies; browser settings let you manage cookies.

Cloudflare provides website infrastructure. Typeface files are hosted with the website, so loading our fonts does not require a separate connection to Google Fonts. Read Cloudflare’s privacy policy for information about its services.

External links, including the BridgeSelect partner portal and training provider websites, open services with their own privacy practices. Phone and email links use the relevant application on your device.

Service providers and overseas processing

Information handled by our website and form providers may be processed outside Australia. Web3Forms operates from India; its listed infrastructure and spam-filtering providers include locations in the United States, Germany and Finland, as well as global networks. Cloudflare also operates globally. Locations depend on the service used. See the Web3Forms privacy policy and provider list for details.

Storage and retention.

Enquiry correspondence is held in the email and service systems used to receive and manage it. How long a record is needed depends on the enquiry, any resulting service, and applicable legal or record-keeping requirements. There is no single retention period for every enquiry.

Web3Forms states that it may retain submitted form data for up to three years, subject to its plan and deletion arrangements. This is separate from copies delivered to email. Its submission endpoint uses HTTPS. No internet service can guarantee complete security, so please limit the personal information you send.

Your choices. A direct contact.

Contact us to request access to information relating to your enquiry, correct it, ask about deletion or raise a privacy concern. Include enough detail to locate the enquiry and explain the outcome you want. Identity checks may be needed before information can be released; records required for legal or service obligations may need to be retained.
